PRESS RELEASE - JANUARY 1, 2025

The Seminole County Board of Education intends to opt out of the statewide adjusted base year ad valorem homestead exemption for Seminole County. All concerned citizens are invited to the three public hearings on this matter.

These public hearings will be held at the following location:
Seminole County Board of Education Meeting Room
203 E. 6th Street
Donalsonville, GA 39845

These public hearings will take place at the following dates and times:
Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 6:00pm
Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 6:00pm
Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 6:00pm
Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 6:00pm
