Seminole County's very own Lennon Brock (6th Grade) and Taylor Guimares (7th Grade) have been named as the overall SWGA RESA Young Georgia Author winner for their grade level.
Their entries will now advance to the state competition, which will be held on April 21, 2023.
To my knowledge, this may be the first time Seminole County has ever had a region winner within the YGA competition. We definitely need to recognize these ladies in some capacity.
