Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Seminole County Middle High School. Community support is vital to the success of our schools, and we welcome and appreciate your willingness to serve. All volunteers must follow the following procedure:
Procedures
- Individuals interested in volunteering should fill out the Google Form which is their volunteer application. https://docs.google.com/forms/...
- Individuals approved by school administration will pick up their application and take it to the Board of Education to receive a Criminal Background Check. That is then taken to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office. A Board of Education Employee will pick up the Background Check when it is completed. Approval status will be determined by the Superintendent.
- Any volunteer for overnight field trips will also be required to have their fingerprints on file. The cost is $45 cash/exact change. The procedure is the same as the Criminal Background Check.
- Individuals who are approved for volunteering will be contacted by school administration or staff related to the area in which they are interested in volunteering.
