A financial aid and college information workshop was held Thursday night in the cafeteria. 

Mrs. Heather Smith, Director of Nursing Donalsonville Hospital discussed scholarships offered by Donalsonville Hospital.  Dr Michael Kirkland, Vice President of Enrollment ABAC – Bainbridge was available to answer any questions concerning the college admissions process.  Mrs. Angie Wilson, representative from the Georgia Student Finance Commission, presented  important information and answered questions concerning financial planning, completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA),  the HOPE scholarship and HOPE grant.  

   

Mrs. Wilson will be available on Wednesday, November 2nd (12:30 pm- 3:30 pm),  Tuesday, December 6th (12:30 pm- 3:30 pm) and Thursday, February 9th (8:30 am – 11:30 am) by appointment only to help parents and seniors complete the FAFSA.  Appointments may be made at the workshop or by contacting the counselors office.
