Sandford Bishop, US Representative for Georgia’s 2nd congressional district, visited Seminole County Middle High School on Wednesday. The congressman visited Mrs. Peggy Thompson’s 11th grade U.S. History class where he spoke to students about the purpose of government, the role of elected officials, and his political career. After answering a few questions, he took pictures with some of the students and staff. Thank you, Congressman, for visiting our school!
